These terms govern your use of Ranksit. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and do not share your account with others.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ranksit to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, and not to attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service. Fair-use limits apply to generation on the free plan.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you generate. When you publish a piece to the Explore feed, you grant other signed-in users the ability to view and like it. You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy before you rely on or publish it.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the product develops.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ranksit and Sagini Technologies are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including reliance on generated content.
